Kelli serves as the Executive Director for Therapy Abroad. She has extensive experience in Belize, Central America, and has worked in-country for 10 years building international service-learning, leadership, and cultural exchange programs focused on the development of primary-aged children. She also has experience in coordinated campaigns and previously served on non-profit leadership teams promoting women in leadership in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Kelli Soll brings a passion for creativity and sustainability to her role. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Iowa State University and a Master in Public Administration from Boise State University. Kelli has been recognized in Idaho Business Review’s 40 Under 40 Most Accomplished and as an Alumni STATEment Maker by Iowa State University. In her personal time, she is likely found on a hiking trail, mountain bike, or skis.
