Home / Faculty & Advisors / Let’s build a program around your academic goals
Meet with Therapy Abroad to explore an international program for your department, university, or professional group. We will start with your learning objectives and help you consider destinations, program formats, supervision needs, and the steps ahead.
You can come with a developed syllabus or an early idea. There is no need to have every detail decided before we talk.
Book a faculty planning call with our team. You are welcome to invite colleagues from your department, study abroad office, or clinical education team.
Prefer to email? Contact admissions@therapyabroad.org and mention faculty program planning. You can also call 949-423-6165.
Placeholder for the approved scheduling tool (time zone selection and confirmation). Until it is connected, request a call through the inquiry form and our team will confirm a time by email.
If you would rather start in writing, send a short inquiry. Share the information you have now; we can work through the rest together.

Please share program goals only. Do not include student records or personal health information.
We review your goals and identify the right conversation for your program. During the meeting, we discuss fit, practical requirements, and the information needed to move forward. If the concept is feasible, we agree on the next planning steps with you and the appropriate institutional colleagues.
If available, bring your course outcomes, preferred travel window, approximate cohort size, and any academic or clinical requirements. You may also want to invite the person responsible for institutional program approval. These details help us tailor the discussion; they are not prerequisites for meeting.
Include your clinical education coordinator early. We will need to discuss student preparation, the type and length of placement, supervisor requirements, evaluation tools, and the approvals your institution needs. A clinical placement requires more specific review than a general study visit.
Tell us about your team’s learning priorities, especially cultural and linguistic diversity, communication, or professional practice. We can discuss workshop and group formats, the intended audience, and any continuing education requirements.
Explore faculty and clinical educator interviews, along with participant reviews, to see the experiences and questions that may be relevant to your own planning.
The call is an opportunity to explore fit and next steps. Program scope, pricing, and commitments are addressed through the proposal and agreement process.
No. We can begin with your objectives and a reasonable estimate of the group. Enrollment expectations and scheduling become part of the planning discussion.
Yes. Include the people who can help define the learning goals and approval requirements. A shared conversation can make later planning easier.
Yes. We can review what your department wants to retain or improve and discuss timing, partner priorities, and opportunities to build continuity.
Tell us what you want your students or colleagues to learn. We will help you explore a thoughtful path from that goal to a program abroad.
